Kuwait Airways awarded “Most Improved Airlines ’23”

Kuwait Airways, the state’s national carrier, was labeled the world’s most improved airlines for the year 2023, according to Skytrax; an international air transport rating organization.

The awards ceremony, where Kuwait Airways Chairman Captain Ali Al-Dukhan received the honor, was held at 54th Paris Air Show.

Al-Dukhan expressed his pride of this achievement to KUNA, saying that it is a reflection of the employees’ tireless efforts and diligence in taking the ‘Blue Bird’ to exceptional levels.

The evaluation process, explained Captain Al-Dukhan, begins with ticket purchases all the way to traveling procedures in T4, where passengers are met with smooth and flexible arrangements.

Kuwait Airways CEO, Maen Rizzouqi called this the airline’s biggest achievement, saying that no efforts were spared in providing passengers with improved services and leisurely flights.

The national carrier’s ranking leapt from the 76th best airlines worldwide last year, to 42nd this current year, and similar hikes are anticipated in the future.

Skytrax certified ratings is an independent neutral organization that provides expert validation of airlines and airports. Some 20 million people participated in this round of evaluations, in addition to 325 airlines. Paris 54th Air Show launched Monday.
