Kuwait city: Acting on an Amiri decree, Chief of the National Guard Sheikh Mubarak Humoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has promoted Major-General Hamad Salem Al-Barjas to the rank of Lieutenant-General. In addition to this promotion, Al-Barjas has been appointed as the Undersecretary of the National Guard.
