PACA Imposes Fines on Eight Travel Agents and Aviation Companies for Legal Violations

Kuwait city: The Public Authority for Civil Aviation's (PACA) Complaints and Arbitration Committee has fined eight travel agents and aviation companies as they violated laws, regulations and general statements made by the authority.

According to Kuwait News Agency, head of the committee and air transport management Abdullah Al-Rajhi stated that these measures were taken within the framework of ongoing efforts to boost discipline and compliance with laws and regulations.

Al-Rajhi affirmed the committee's focus on protecting passengers' rights and ensuring service safety in civil aviation. He highlighted the committee's firm approach to combating any breaches by workers in the civil aviation market that might affect passengers, stressing the necessity for agents and companies to comply with laws.

The committee conducted its 11th meeting today under the leadership of Al-Rajhi and included members from relevant bodies.
