Gaza City: At least 136 Palestinians were killed and 364 others were injured by the Israeli occupation army in the past 24 hours, said Palestinian health authorities.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the authorities stated that several victims remain trapped under rubble and on the streets, as medical teams are unable to reach them due to the dangerous conditions and lack of resources for evacuation. The death toll from the Israeli military actions since the beginning of the aggression in early October has risen to 534,75, while the number of wounded has reached 121,398.
In a statement, Director of Medical Relief in Gaza Bassam Zaqout highlighted the continued targeting of the medical system in the Gaza Strip by the Israeli occupation forces. Zaqout emphasized that the attacks have led to many hospitals being put out of service, endangering lives, causing deaths, and contributing to the spread of diseases.
This development came in response to the targeting of several hospitals in recent hours, including the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis, the Indonesian, Al-Awda hospitals, and the Qatari Hospital for Artificial Limbs in the north of the Gaza Strip, rendering them non-operational.
