Lebanese PM and Kuwaiti Deputy PM Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Cooperation

Beirut: Lebanon's Prime Minister Nawaf Salam held talks on Monday with visiting Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, focusing on bilateral relations and efforts to bolster cooperation.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the discussions highlighted the depth of bilateral ties between Lebanon and Kuwait. The Lebanese prime minister and the Kuwaiti official, who arrived in the Lebanese capital on Sunday for an official visit, also addressed matters of common concern, primarily dealing with security and economic cooperation.

The talks are part of Kuwaiti efforts to strengthen bilateral relations with Beirut, emphasizing Kuwait's support for all measures taken by Lebanon to safeguard its stability and security.
