Kuwait’s Namaa Charity Provides Water to 12,000 Gazan Families

Kuwait City: Namaa Charity, part of the Kuwait Social Reform Society, launched an emergency campaign on Sunday to distribute water to families in Gaza affected by disaster. Through the deployment of 48 tankers, over 12,000 Palestinian families received one-to-two gallons of water to meet their essential daily needs amidst a shortage of resources and services, stated Abdulaziz Al-Kandari, the vice CEO of the charity.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the campaign was co-organized by Wafaa Palestine. Marwan Muhaisen, Wafaa's Director, praised Namaa's significant role in bringing hope to the Gazan families despite the challenging circumstances. He emphasized the importance of the aid from Kuwait in revitalizing the spirits of those affected.

This initiative is part of a broader series of efforts by Namaa, supported by the people of Kuwait, to address crises in Palestine, with a particular focus on the besieged Gaza region. Namaa has committed to continue providing assistance, which will include food, healthcare, and other essential aid to the families most in need.
