According to Kuwait News Agency, in Tunisia, the event was graced by Tunisian Minister of National Defense Khaled Al-Seheli and National Council of Regions and Districts President Imad Derbali. Kuwait's Ambassador to Tunisia, Mansour Al-Omar, conveyed congratulations to His Highness the Amir, His Highness the Crown Prince, and His Highness the Prime Minister. Al-Omar remarked that the occasion reflected pride in Kuwait's development achievements and highlighted the strong Kuwaiti-Tunisian ties, with ongoing cooperation through the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development.
In Hanoi, the celebrations coincided with the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Kuwait and Vietnam. Vietnamese Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Minh Hang and other officials attended the event. Kuwait Ambassador to Vietnam, Yousef Al-Sabagh, extended congratulations to Kuwaiti leaders and noted the growth of bilateral ties, which were elevated to a strategic partnership during the Vietnamese Prime Minister's visit to Kuwait in 2025. In Sofia, Kuwait's embassy hosted a reception attended by representatives from Bulgaria's Foreign and Interior Ministries, diplomatic corps members, and former members of the Bulgarian royal family. Kuwait Ambassador to Bulgaria, Ghazi Al-Fadhli, extended congratulations to Kuwaiti leaders and discussed the historical relations between Kuwait and Bulgaria, characterized by mutual respect and cooperation.

Kuwait's Permanent Representative to the UN, Ambassador Nasser Al-Hain, affirmed Kuwait's dedication to cooperation and respect as pillars of its foreign policy. Al-Hain emphasized Kuwait's commitment to international peace and stability through dialogue, international law, and joint action, reflecting its roles in the Security Council and Human Rights Council.
