Kuwait city: His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory cable to the President of Vietnam, Luong Cuong, on the occasion of Vietnam's National Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Crown Prince expressed his wishes for good health to President Luong Cuong and conveyed hopes for further progress and prosperity for Vietnam and its citizens.
