Kuwait City: The Kuwaiti Cabinet on Tuesday approved a draft decree-law concerning international judicial cooperation in criminal matters and referred it to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. The Cabinet reached this decision during its customary weekly meeting.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the draft decree-law aims to regulate the means of international judicial cooperation, emphasizing Kuwait's role in combating transnational crimes. It seeks to ensure that criminals are deprived of the proceeds of their crimes, in line with Kuwait's international commitments in these areas.
