Kuwait City: Kuwait and the European Union (EU) convened for the fifth round of unofficial human rights dialogue, focusing on developments and enhancing joint cooperation in human rights. According to Kuwait News Agency, the dialogue aimed at reviewing recent advancements and exploring strategies to bolster collaboration between Kuwait and the EU in the field of human rights. This ongoing dialogue underscores the commitment of both parties to address and promote human rights issues collaboratively. In another development, Thailand's Ambassador to Kuwait, Ekapol Poolpipat, praised Kuwait's significant humanitarian contributions and support for international forums and organizations, which aim to foster global peace. His commendation highlights Kuwait's ongoing efforts to maintain its influential role in the international community. Furthermore, the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) announced its talent development program, which is designed to promote technological innovation. The pro gram aims to equip participants with expertise in advanced fields such as 5G, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and cloud computing, aligning with Kuwait Vision 2035. Meanwhile, in Brussels, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte accused Russia and China of destabilizing Alliance members through acts of sabotage, cyberattacks, and energy blackmail. These actions are perceived as efforts to intimidate NATO members, according to Rutte.
