Kuwait city: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has sent a congratulatory cable to the President of the Republic of Angola, Joao Manuel Lourenco, on the occasion of Angola's National Day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Amir extended his best wishes to President Lourenco and the people of Angola, expressing hopes for further progress and prosperity for the nation.
