Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to President Paul Biya of Cameroon on the occasion of Cameroon's national day.
According to Kuwait News Agency, His Highness the Amir conveyed his wishes for good health and welfare to both President Biya and the people of Cameroon in his message.
