Kuwait City: The Kuwaiti oil price experienced an increase of 96 cents, reaching USD 78.84 per barrel on Wednesday, as reported by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Thursday. This marks a rise from the previous day's price of USD 77.88 per barrel.
According to Kuwait News Agency, this local increase occurred amid a global decrease in oil prices. Brent crude saw a reduction of USD 1.59, settling at USD 74.61 per barrel. Similarly, West Texas Intermediate dropped by USD 1.67, reaching USD 71.03 per barrel.
