Geneva: Minister of Justice Nasser Al-Sumait will be presenting Kuwait's report at the 49th Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, as stated in a statement on Monday.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Ministry of Justice announced that Minister Al-Sumait departed for Geneva, Switzerland, to present Kuwait's efforts to enhance human rights. The report will focus on the state's legislative and legal initiatives aimed at improving human rights conditions.
