Iran Shoots Down Israeli Occupation’s Drone Near Natanz Nuclear Facility

Kuwait City: Iranian security official affirmed on Tuesday shooting down an Israeli occupation drone in Isfahan governorate, near Natanz Nuclear Facility.

According to Kuwait News Agency, Security assistant to Isfahan's governor Akbar Salehi stated that the locally made (Som Khordad) air defense systems successfully intercepted a drone of the Israeli occupation within one of the defensive rings of Natanz's nuclear facility. Salehi noted that Iran's air defenses managed to shoot down a number of small flying objects in Isfahan province.

Last Friday, the Natanz fortified facility experienced several attacks by the Israeli occupation, which resulted in radioactive and chemical contamination. However, Iranian authorities confirmed that the contamination did not leak out of the facility. Since then, Tehran and other Iranian cities have faced large-scale attacks by Israeli occupation forces, prompting a significant missile response from Iran targeting the occupation territories.
