Gaza: Medical sources confirmed 71 more deaths and 251 injuries as a result of atrocities by the Israeli occupation forces in Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours.
According to Kuwait News Agency, a number of victims are still trapped under debris and in areas inaccessible for rescuers, the health authorities in Gaza said in a statement on Friday. The latest figures took the overall number of casualties since October 7, 2023, to 62,263 martyrs and 157,365 injuries.
These casualties include 24 martyrs and 133 wounded persons who fell victim to Israeli brutalities while attempting to access food relief. The overall number of those victimized by food aid efforts has now increased to 2,060 martyrs and more than 15,197 injured, the statement said, citing reports from local hospitals.
Additionally, two more deaths from starvation have been confirmed, raising the total to 273, including 112 children.
