TAIZ: Governor Nabeel Shamsan of Yemeni Taiz inaugurated the Kuwait residential village in the governorate's southern rural area, marking a significant development in the region's housing infrastructure.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the village was funded by the Abdullah Al-Nouri Charity Society as part of its decade-long initiative, "Kuwait By Your Side." This initiative aims to provide much-needed support to families in Yemen, offering improved living conditions.

During the inauguration ceremony, Governor Shamsan praised Kuwait's humanitarian and developmental efforts, highlighting its significant contributions to Yemeni families. The village not only addresses housing needs but also includes comprehensive service facilities. These facilities comprise a school, a fully-equipped health clinic, a mosque, shops, and a playground, as noted by Mohammad Bahartha, CEO of Estjaba Foundation, the project developer.
