Kuwait City: The US dollar exchange rate against the Kuwaiti dinar remained steady at KD 0.308 on Thursday, as reported by the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK). The euro, on the other hand, experienced a 1.62 percent increase, reaching KD 0.323. According to Kuwait News Agency, the CBK's online daily bulletin indicated that the pound sterling saw a rise of 0.79 percent, bringing it to KD 0.397. Additionally, the Swiss franc increased by 0.26 percent to settle at KD 0.345, while the Japanese yen remained lower than KD 0.002. The CBK clarified that the exchange rates announced represent average prices and not the rates of actual transactions.
