Caracas: At the direction of US President Donald Trump, the United States on Friday airlifted an initial 25 pallets, totaling over 6,000 kilograms, of essential medical supplies to the people of Venezuela.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the US Department of State announced this initiative as part of a broader three-phase plan aimed at stabilizing, recovering, and transitioning Venezuela. The interim Ministry of Health in Venezuela will be responsible for distributing these vital medications nationwide to individuals in urgent need of medical care. This shipment marks the beginning of a significant operation to deliver essential medical resources to the country.
