Dubai: UAE National Guard Commander Major Gen. Saleh Al-Ameri met with Kuwait National Guard Commander of Military and Security Affairs Brigadier-General Abdullah Saleh Abdullah to explore ways to enhance cooperation between the two entities. The meeting took place on Tuesday in Dubai.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the discussions focused on coordinating efforts and exchanging expertise between the UAE and Kuwaiti National Guards. This meeting underscores the ongoing commitment to strengthening military and security ties between the two nations.
The Kuwaiti delegation's visit to the UAE coincides with their participation in the Dubai Airshow 2025, which commenced on Monday. The airshow is an opportunity for the delegation to explore the latest advancements in civil and military aviation. The event features more than 1,500 exhibitors, attracting 148,000 visitors, and includes 490 military and civilian delegations from 115 countries. The exhibition will continue until November 21.
