UAE and Cyprus Emphasize De-escalation in Regional Conflicts

Abu Dhabi: UAE President Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed and Cypriot President Nikos Christodoulides emphasized the importance of intensifying efforts to de-escalate regional tensions and prevent the escalation of conflicts. This was highlighted during a phone call between the two leaders, who stressed the need for resolving disputes through dialogue and diplomatic means to ensure the preservation of regional security, stability, and peace.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the discussions also covered several regional and international issues, with a focus on developments in the Middle East, particularly in relation to Israeli military operations against Iran. The leaders reviewed the implications of these operations and the broader impact on regional dynamics.
