According to Kuwait News Agency, President Trump emphasized that the responsibility lies with President Zelenskyy to finalize a peace deal, while also encouraging European nations to increase their involvement in the process. Trump expressed his willingness to participate in the next meeting if necessary.
President Trump described the Alaska Summit as "extremely productive," although he acknowledged that a resolution to the conflict has not yet been reached. He cautioned that both Ukraine and Russia are engaged in a conflict involving significant military capabilities.
President Trump mentioned that he and Russian President Vladimir Putin found common ground on several issues, though he did not disclose specific details.
