U.S. President Discusses Denuclearization with Russian and Chinese Leaders

Washington: U.S. President Donald Trump announced that he recently engaged in denuclearization discussions with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping. Denuclearization is viewed as a crucial step forward by the U.S. administration.

According to Kuwait News Agency, Trump expressed his belief that denuclearization would be beneficial, emphasizing the excessive nuclear capabilities currently held. He mentioned the potential to redirect funds towards initiatives that could provide immediate benefits to people, highlighting conversations with both Putin and Xi on the matter.

Trump outlined his doctrine focused on denuclearization, citing the current nuclear standings, with the United States leading, followed by Russia, and China in third place but advancing rapidly. He noted that China could be on par within four to five years due to their ongoing efforts in nuclear development.

He concluded with optimism about the possibility of achieving denuclearization, reiterating his desire for global peace established through strength and indicating that progress towards this goal is within reach.
