Two young men arrested for robbing a banking office south of Hilla


A police patrol of the Al-Hamzah Al-Gharbi district, south of Hilla, arrested two young men this Sunday evening who robbed a money exchange office at gunpoint.

Babylon Police Information Director, Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, said, ‘A police patrol was present near one of the banking offices and chased two young men who robbed the office at gunpoint in the western Hamzah district, south of Hilla, and was able to arrest them.’

He added that the police transferred the accused to the competent authorities for investigation, and the items were seized.
