Turkish President Offers to Mediate Iran-Israeli Conflict

Ankara: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan expressed his readiness for Turkey to facilitate an end to the ongoing conflict between Iran and the Israeli occupation "immediately". Erdogan's remarks came during a phone conversation with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the discussion between the two leaders also covered various regional and international issues of mutual interest. Erdogan emphasized the importance that Turkey places on maintaining peace and stability in the region. The Turkish president reiterated his country's willingness to play a pivotal role in mediating the conflict, highlighting Turkey's commitment to regional harmony.
