The Popular Mobilization arrests a prominent leader in the terrorist “ISIS” north of Baghdad

A joint force of the Popular Mobilization Security and the Tarmiyah Regiment arrested the Popular Mobilization Forces, a prominent leader in the terrorist “ISIS” remnants, north of the capital, Baghdad.

A statement by the Popular Mobilization Authority stated that this was done during a successful qualitative operation, as the force was able to arrest the so-called (A.F.R) and the nickname (Abu Omar), who is responsible for preparing explosive materials and sticky devices in northern Baghdad.
