The Ministry of Defense mourned one of its heroic officers, Brigadier General Wissam Abdul Wahed Hassoun, second staff officer of the movements of the Western Nineveh Operations Command, who was killed following an unfortunate accident, recalling the heroic, professional and humanitarian stances of the deceased throughout his military service, which he spent with all sincerity and integrity.
