The Chief of Staff of the Army, General Abd al-Amir Rashid Yarallah, met today, Thursday, the Director of the US Office of Security Cooperation and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of the commanders of the weapons (air – naval – army aviation).
According to a statement by the Ministry of Defense, the meeting dealt with a number of axes, including the training of Iraqi pilots at the Air Academy of the Kingdom of Jordan.
The two sides praised the size of the success and the gains achieved by the students participating in the course, as well as discussing the continuation of cooperation and joint coordination at the level of training and expertise, to raise the combat capabilities of the Iraqi army at all levels.
