Damascus: The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has issued a strong condemnation of recent Iranian attacks on several Arab countries, including Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, and the Kurdistan Region in Iraq. These attacks, involving drones and missiles, have been labeled as blatant violations of state sovereignty and direct threats to the security and stability of the region.
According to Union of OIC News Agencies, the Ministry's statement, released on Saturday, emphasized Syria's full solidarity with these nations in their response to the attacks. The statement reiterated Syria's rejection of any actions that could undermine regional security and stability. Furthermore, it called for adherence to international law principles, respect for state sovereignty, and territorial integrity to maintain peace in the region.
The condemnation by the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates comes in light of increasing security tensions across the Middle East, following a pattern of Iranian aggression targeting multiple Arab states.
