Gaza: Health authorities in Gaza announced on Tuesday that 39 Palestinians were killed and 105 others injured, mostly women and children, as a result of continued Israeli airstrikes over the past 24 hours. Some of the casualties remain trapped under rubble, with emergency teams unable to reach them, the authorities added. The attacks included airstrikes on the Shujaiya neighborhood and Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip.
According to Kuwait News Agency, eyewitnesses reported that Israeli forces also targeted a shelter at the Yafa School, resulting in the deaths of 13 women and injuries to dozens more. The ongoing aggression has significantly increased the total number of casualties, with the death toll now reaching 51,305 and injuries totaling 117,096 since October 7, 2023.
