Kuwait City: Kuwait's Public Authority of Manpower is set to initiate the process tomorrow of dispensing a special allowance to 3,098 women working in the private sector who have had their Kuwaiti citizenship revoked, as well as to wives of Kuwaiti citizens who qualify for this imbursement.
According to Kuwait News Agency, this initiative is in line with cabinet resolution 420 for the year 2025, which ensures the continuation of this special allowance to those employed in non-government establishments. The allowance is designated for individuals with revoked or withdrawn citizenship under Article 8 of the Kuwaiti citizenship law, following directives from Acting Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Al-Sabah.
The Public Authority of Manpower has announced that the beneficiaries will receive their allowance for the month of April, and will also be reimbursed for past payments along with receiving their May allowance.
