Kuwait city: Saudi Arabia welcomed Saturday the peace deal between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), mediated by the United States.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in a statement, the Saudi Foreign Ministry indicated that this could contribute to achieving the two nations' aspirations of progress and prosperity, and for that to reflect positively on regional and international peace and security.
The Ministry hailed the diplomatic efforts of the United States and the State of Qatar in mediating this deal.
