Saudi Arabia Ranks First Regionally, Second Globally in 2025 Humanitarian Aid

Riyadh: Saudi Arabia has achieved a significant milestone by ranking second globally and first among Arab nations in humanitarian and relief assistance for 2025, as reported by the United Nations Financial Tracking Service.

According to Kuwait News Agency, Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah, Advisor at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief), highlighted that the nation's leadership in humanitarian efforts underscores its dedication to generosity and the prioritization of human dignity. He noted that these achievements are documented in real time on the Saudi Aid Platform, the largest aid platform in the region. This structured approach has facilitated a measurable global impact and elevated Saudi Arabia's international standings.

The data further revealed that Saudi Arabia is the leading donor to Yemen, accounting for 49.3 percent of the total aid provided to the Yemeni population, and holds the second position among donors supporting Syria.
