Doha: Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdulrahman met with the visiting Djiboutian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Government Spokesperson Abdoulkader Omar. During the meeting, both leaders explored cooperative relations between their countries and discussed ways to enhance and strengthen them, as stated by the Qatari Foreign Ministry in a press release.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the discussions also centered around developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories, particularly in light of the recently concluded ceasefire agreement in the region. The meeting also touched on several topics of common interest between Qatar and Djibouti.
