Pakistani President Concludes Official Visit to Bahrain

Manama: Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari has departed the Kingdom of Bahrain, concluding an official visit during which he engaged in talks with His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. The discussions between the leaders focused on the strong bilateral relations shared by Pakistan and Bahrain, as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest.

According to Bahrain News Agency, President Zardari was seen off at Bahrain International Airport by several high-ranking officials, including Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning. Other dignitaries present included Jassim bin Mohammed Al Ghatam, Deputy Governor of Muharraq Governorate, as well as Saqib Rauf, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Kingdom of Bahrain, and Mohamed Ebrahim Mohamed Abdulqader, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The visit underscored the enduring partnership between the two nations, highlighting their shared interests in addressing various regional and global developments.
