Cairo: Secretary General of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) Jamal Al-Loughani on Saturday stressed the significance of supporting companies emanating from the organization, thus contributing to their growth, prosperity and goals. According to Kuwait News Agency, this statement came in a press release issued by the organization following its chief's chairmanship of a coordinative meeting of OAPEC-related oil companies, held in Cairo on Saturday. During the meeting, Al-Loughani emphasized the importance of building on previous meetings to explore potential cooperation between OAPEC-related companies and similar national businesses within member countries. The OAPEC chief also highlighted that the organization had engaged a leading global consulting company to assist in developing and restructuring the organization. This initiative aims to ensure that OAPEC remains aligned with advancements in the global energy market.
