The Najaf Governorate Police Command announced the implementation of a security practice throughout the governorate, which resulted in the arrest of a group of violators, including those carrying unlicensed firearms.
The Police Command said, “The security practice covered the whole of the governorate and included the installation of fixed and mobile checkpoints, which resulted in the arrest of (65) violators, and the seizure of (14) violating vehicles, (19) violating motorcycles and (32) traffic violations, and the arrest of a thief who carried out five thefts of shops and motorcycles, and the arrest of two people carrying an unlicensed firearm.
