Modi, Putin Discuss Bilateral Agenda, Ways to Enhance Partnership

Kuwait city: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi discussed on Tuesday bilateral cooperation with Russian President Vladimir Putin. A statement from the Indian Ministry of External Affairs said that Modi had a telephone conversation with President Putin to review the progress in bilateral agenda.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to further deepen the Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership between India and Russia. The conversation highlighted the ongoing efforts by both nations to enhance their cooperation across various sectors, underscoring the significance of their strategic ties.

The Indian Premier conveyed that he looks forward to welcoming Putin to India for the 23rd India-Russia Annual Summit. This anticipated visit is expected to bolster the bilateral relations further, providing a platform to discuss key areas of mutual interest and collaboration.
