Missile attack targets Coalition support site NE Syria — CENTCOM

The US Central Command said Monday two rockets landed near the coalition forces’ mission support site Green Village in northeast Syria at 8:23 pm local time, on Monday. “No US or Coalition troops were killed or wounded and there was no damage to coalition infrastructure or equipment,” according to a CENTCOM statement. “The US forces in northeast Syria are investigating the incident,” it said, adding that there were no claims of responsibility at this time. Meanwhile, Col. Joe Buccino, CENTCOM spokesman, said, “Rocket arracks of this kind place coalition forces and the civilian populace at risk and undermine the hard- earned stability and security of Syria and the region,”
