Kuwait’s Jazeera Airlines Expands Route Network with New Flights to Sochi and Yerevan

Kuwait city: Kuwaiti Jazeera Airlines announced Monday two new destinations to Russian city Sochi, and Armenian capital Yerevan, as part of its expansion plans. The Airlines' Chairman, Marwan Boodai, told KUNA that the first flight to Sochi took off today while the Yerevan-bound flight is scheduled for tomorrow Tuesday.

According to Kuwait News Agency, Boodai described Sochi as a travel destination with rich history and culture, complemented by its natural landscapes. He also highlighted the Armenian capital as a choice for those interested in exploring the country. Jazeera Airlines aims to provide customers with more options for both work and leisure travel. The airline's terminal at Kuwait International Airport (T5) is equipped to offer services to its passengers.

Boodai emphasized that the addition of these destinations during the summer season strengthens the airline's position as a carrier offering direct flights from Kuwait to unique touristic locations. Jazeera Airlines serves over five million passengers annually, operating a fleet of 24 A320-neo and A320-ceo planes.
