Kuwait’s Embassies in Japan, Milan, and UN Mission Celebrate National Days

Kuwait city: Kuwait's embassies in Japan, its Consulate General in Milan, and its Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York marked the 65th National Day and 35th Liberation Day with official receptions attended by senior officials, diplomats, and public figures.

According to Kuwait News Agency, these celebrations highlighted Kuwait's diplomatic achievements and its commitment to fostering international relations.

In Tokyo, the embassy hosted a reception with Japan's State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ayano Kunimitsu, along with senior officials and diplomats. Ambassador to Japan, Sami Al-Zamanan, extended congratulations to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the government, and the Kuwaiti people. Al-Zamanan emphasized the strong bilateral ties and the comprehensive strategic partnership established after high-level visits planned for 2025.

In New York, Kuwait's Permanent Mission to the UN held a reception with senior UN officials and diplomats. This gathering underscored Kuwait's active role in multilateral diplomacy and its dedication to the UN Charter and international cooperation.

Meanwhile, in Milan, Kuwait's Consul General, Sheikh Jaber Duaij Al-Malik Al-Sabah, congratulated the Amir, the Crown Prince, and the Kuwaiti people on the national celebrations. Sheikh Jaber spoke about the depth of Kuwait-Italy relations and their continued growth in various fields. The event featured a documentary on Kuwait's development and achievements, along with informational materials on the country's tourism and cultural assets.
