Kuwait City: Kuwait's Civil Service Commission (CSC) held a specialized workshop on planning and preparing future leaders in France. Several Kuwaiti officials attended the event, which aimed to promote international cooperation and the exchange of expertise.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the workshop was organized under a memorandum of understanding signed with the National Institute for Public Service in France. The participating delegation visited the institute's headquarters to gain insights into its work mechanisms and the training programs it offers for developing government leaders.
During the visit, the delegation received presentations on the French experience in public administration. These sessions focused on methods of preparing leaders and decision-makers, which helped enhance understanding of international best practices in leadership development.
Kuwait's Ambassador to France, Abdullah Al-Shaheen, also visited the workshop participants. He emphasized the significance of such programs in developing national competencies and enhancing their ability to adapt to global developments and changes.
