Kuwait city: Kuwait's Humanitarian and Charitable Work Regulatory Committee has approved a draft law aimed at developing the legislative framework for charitable and humanitarian activities in the country. This decision was made during the committee's seventh meeting, chaired by First Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, with participation from representatives of relevant government entities.
According to Kuwait News Agency, a press release by the Ministry of Interior stated that the draft law seeks to enhance governance principles, reinforce concepts of transparency and accountability, and improve the efficiency of implementing initiatives and projects. The ministry emphasized that these efforts demonstrate Kuwait's commitment to supporting humanitarian and charitable work, aligning its regulatory and legislative efforts with international best practices.
