Riga: Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to the Federal Republic of Germany, Reem Al-Khaled, presented her credentials as the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the State of Kuwait to the Republic of Latvia to President Edgars Rinkevics. The ceremony took place on Friday at the Presidential Palace in Riga.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Ambassador Al-Khaled conveyed greetings from His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah. She expressed their wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the Republic of Latvia and its people.
The meeting highlighted the strong bilateral relations between Kuwait and Latvia and discussed ways to enhance these ties. It also covered several regional and international issues of shared interest. Ambassador Al-Khaled emphasized her aim to develop a strategic partnership between the two nations, focusing on political, economic, and cultural cooperation. She expressed a desire to explore new avenues for serving mutual interests and strengthening bilateral relations.
