Berlin: The Berlin Brandenburg Airport was targeted with a cyber-attack early on Saturday affecting the air facility digital systems and causing flights' delay. The attack led to significant operational disruptions, impacting both passengers and airport staff.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the airport said in a statement that the communication disruption caused issues, with passengers waiting in lines longer than the regular, in addition to delays in boarding and baggage handling. The statement highlighted the broader implications of the attack, noting that the affected system is also used at other European airports.
