Kuwait’s Al-Bader wins 2nd silver medal in World Down’s Syndrome Swimming tourney

Mishal Al-Bader has won the second silver medal for Kuwait’s Tomooh Sports Club for Mental Disabilities in the 50-meter freestyle swimming competitions during the World Down’s Syndrome Swimming Championship in Portugal.

In remarks to KUNA Saturday, the club’s chairperson and the delegation’s head, Rehab Bouresli, noted that Al-Bader registered a new Kuwaiti record with 45.50 seconds.

Bouresli dedicated this achievement to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness Deputy Amir and Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and the Kuwaiti people.

Kuwait is participating in the tourney with three champions, Mohammad Al-Nibari, Mohammad Al-Turkait and Meshal Al-Bader.
