Kuwait city: The price of Kuwaiti oil experienced an increase of USD 1.29, reaching USD 71.71 per barrel during Friday trading, up from USD 70.42 per barrel on Thursday. This information was provided by Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Saturday.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the global oil market showed a contrasting trend with Brent crude seeing a decline of 50 cents, settling at USD 68.12 per barrel. Meanwhile, West Texas Intermediate also decreased by 59 cents, ending at USD 64.01 per barrel.
