Doha: Kuwait's Assistant Foreign Minister for GCC Affairs, Ambassador Najeeb Al-Bader, affirmed on Friday his country's support to the vision and mission of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Speaking to the media on the occasion of the 166th meeting of the GCC ministerial in Bahrain, Al-Bader emphasized Kuwait's commitment to the collective goals of the GCC. According to Kuwait News Agency, Al-Bader revealed that draft laws and recommendations are being formulated in preparation for the 46th GCC Summit scheduled for December third. These efforts underscore the ongoing collaborative work within the GCC to address regional challenges and opportunities. Al-Bader indicated that the committee's meeting demonstrated a desire to enhance cooperation among GCC member states in areas such as politics, the economy, security, and development. This initiative is seen as a step toward strengthening ties and achieving shared objectives within the region.
