Kuwaiti Military Official Engages with Delegation Chiefs at EDEX 2025

Kuwait city: Kuwait's Assistant Chief of Staff for Logistics and Supply, Major General Engineer Salah Al-Azmi, held a series of meetings with military delegation leaders participating in the Egypt Defence Expo (EDEX 2025).

According to Kuwait News Agency, the Ministry of Defense announced that these meetings took place during the participation of a Kuwaiti Army delegation led by Maj. Gen. Al-Azmi in the exhibition held in Cairo from December 1 to 4. Al-Azmi engaged in discussions with Egyptian Armed Forces Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Ahmad Khalifa and Tunisian Army Chief of Staff Major General Mohammad Al-Ghoul.

The discussions centered on enhancing military cooperation with Egypt and Tunisia, with a particular focus on supply, logistics, and support services. The officials also exchanged views on mutual interests to strengthen joint military efforts.

Additionally, Al-Azmi met with various heads of other participating delegations to explore potential cooperation and expertise exchange in defense industries and military supply systems. The meetings included evaluations of the latest technologies and systems presented by international companies, aiming to support development and readiness within military institutions.

EDEX 2025 is recognized as one of the region's leading defense and security exhibitions, gathering global companies and military organizations to exhibit the latest advances in weapon systems and defense technologies.
