Kuwaiti Info Undersecretary Hails MoU with Saudi Arabia as Key Media Partnership Step

Kuwait city: Kuwaiti Undersecretary of the Ministry of Information Dr. Nasser Al-Muhisen stated that the memorandum of understanding signed with Saudi Arabia marks a significant advancement in media cooperation between the two nations.

According to Kuwait News Agency, Al-Muhisen, who also chairs Kuwait's coordination committee for culture, media, tourism, and social development, emphasized that the MoU, signed during the Kuwaiti-Saudi Coordination Council meeting, facilitates the exchange of programs and technical expertise. This aims to develop media content and broaden professional collaboration in the domains of radio and television.

He highlighted that the agreement targets the enhancement of Gulf media integration through initiatives like joint production, expert exchanges, training, and workshops, along with advancements in broadcasting and production technology.

Al-Muhisen confirmed that the MoU establishes a practical framework for a sustainable media partnership, reinforcing the influence of Gulf media in supporting national and Arab interests while underscoring the strong relationship between Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
